The weatronic Dual Receiver (DR) product line was developed in Germany by a skilled team of electronic telecommunications and information processing specialists.

The Weatronic DR’s are  highly engineered electronic products which have been developed by using the most modern components. Highest quality and functional safety are the engineering objectives. During the manufacturing process each device and each of the two multi-layer circuit boards run through an expensive optical and electronic test procedure. Weatronic DR’s were tested according to European CE specifications and comply with the requirements of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the 72 MHz versions. They have also been mechanically tested according to the severe procedures of IEC 60945 standards. Weatronic DR’s have been subjected to comprehensive in-flight evaluation tests which included all types of load conditions and equipment variations. Large-size models with different propulsion systems were tested. Two-stroke magneto ignition engines as well as those with electronic battery ignition have been evaluated.  Models with large brushless electric drives and jets with different turbine drive systems have been tested. The operational safety and the susceptibility to interference of Dual Receivers seems to be unique so far. Please read the operator's manual and the installation suggestions carefully. They reflect the experiences from testing, so that you can achieve optimum utilization of the safety potential and of the comprehensive variety of functions of the DR’s.
